CJK Financial Planning is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as a multi agency Intermediary under the Investment Intermediaries Act 1995 and is registered to undertake insurance mediation under the European Committees (Insurance Mediation) Regulations 2005. Consumer Protection

CJK Financial Planning is a member of the Investor Compensation scheme established under the Investor Compensation Act 1998. The legislation provides for the establishment of a compensation scheme that may allow compensation to clients in certain instances.

 

Customer Complaints Procedure

It is the policy of CJK Financial Planning that any customer complaint is dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Initially we will acknowledge a complaint within 5 working days of receipt. We will fully investigate the complaint and we will reply to the complainant at intervals of not more than 2 months.

Money Laundering

The provision of investment services is regulated under the Criminal Justice Act 1994 Section 32, 2 Regulation 2003 and our staff are obliged to report all knowledge or suspicion of criminal offences giving rise to any direct or indirect benefit from criminal conduct that have been committed irrespective of weather that offence has been committed we are obliged to make a report to the Garda and the Revenue Commissioners. The Anti-Money laundering legislation precludes us from discussing these suspicions with you.

 

Client Identification

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering legislation we may require documentation that will provide satisfactory evidence of identity.

 

Fees & Charges

Our Firm is remunerated by commission/ placement fees from the completion of business with the product producers listed. In certain circumstances or where a client requests so, we charge a fee for our services. The fees range from €120 per hour to €220 per hour for advisory services and €60 per hour for support staff.
